The end of July has not brought an end to our tropical-like rains. It's been a pattern. The pond is usually not so full this time of year. There is ample food for all the animals, unless they happen to want tomatoes...they are growing very slowly.

We are observers of our environment. Each day we search for something new. A different flower, a new sound, the scat of an animal, the glint of an unsual rock. We are tireless in our quest of discovery of the life that surrounds us and noting differences in an ever changing world.
