First Snow

Our first snow of the season was yesterday. It began around 1 p.m., a damp rapid snow which accumulated to about three inches before stopping in the evening. It caused numerous accidents on the roads, but we were mostly inside all day, watching from the warm of our living room. Chopping more wood was out of the question for the day.
