Unseaonably Cold Temps

The temps this spring (a week into it) have been below normal. Feels more like January or early February. There are lots of bare patches around trees and so forth, but there is still several inches of hard crusted snow that you can walk on. A thin skim of ice is now back on the pond where some days ago was open water. I guess the frogs won't be coming early this year, unless we have a sudden warm up.
Many tracks all over the backyard and across the path in the woods out back.
